CrossFit

CrossFit was developed to enhance an individual’s competency at all physical tasks. Programs are modified for individuals to improve health and fitness, regardless of age, injuries and fitness levels. Every workout can be adjusted so every single person can do a version of that workout. People who do CrossFit are prepared for all challenges.

Metcon

Metabolic conditioning or ‘metcon’ for short is a popular training style in the CrossFit community. It is a very high intensity form of training that will get your heart rate up, increasing your overall level of fitness. As well as burning a lot of calories during your session, Metcon will increase your metabolism and have you burning fat hours after your finish.

Strength & Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning programs are typically developed specifically to improve athletic performance. Classes involve a range of exercises which develop a variety of skills such as mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance. Another important aspect is body strengthening to prevent injury.
